Having garnered a strong reputation in their respective areas of expertise, over the years the BCGL’s more senior members, namely Dr Peter Borg Costanzi, Dr Andrew Borg Cardona and Dr Peter Caruana Galizia, have been nominated and appointed to various arbitral panels in disputes of either a civil or commercial nature. The entire team at BCGL has otherwise represented claimants and defendants in mandatory as well as voluntary arbitration proceedings on myriad areas of law and on various matters, including aviation contracts, commercial transactions, condominium disputes and consignment claims to name a few.
