Ruth Ellul

Ruth Ellul graduated as a lawyer in 2016 and joined BCGL Advocates in 2023.
Ruth specialises primarily in civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Her particular focus lies in navigating property law disputes, including cases stemming from rental agreements, promise of sale agreements, and other matters involving rights over immovables. In addition, Ruth extends her assistance to clients facing challenges in debt-collection proceedings, succession law, contractual law, employment law, and family law.
As part of her practice, Ruth regularly represents clients in proceedings before the inferior and Superior Courts of Malta, as well as in front of various boards and tribunals, including the Rent Regulation Board, the Arbitral Tribunal, the Agricultural Leases Control Board and the Land Arbitration Board.
